Revving Noise

Hey everybody,

Yesterday I was moving my 8 from the garage so I could get to some things and not wanting to turn the engine off cold, I revved it a little, but whenever I would let off the gas this weird noise would happen. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it but it didn't sound like it was supposed to happen. Is this normal?

It's just the sound of a Renesis that doesn't like to stay still. I think it is just letting you know its disappointment when you let off the gas (Sorry, I couldn't resist)

I'm not sure how to describe it haha, idk maybe like a releasing of gas? Ya I have a 6spd and it was in neutral so it wasn't anything with the clutch. I know for sure it was coming from the engine bay.

It farted.

Even if it's neutral, if you're not pushing the clutch pedal down, the clutch is engaged. I know mine like to make a weird little repeating noise, which disappears after I drive it for a bit or disengage the clutch.

Neutral just means there are no gears engaged

Haha so whatever it was it's not because of some mechanical problem right?
