im planning on buying led parking and fog lights
do i need to buy resistors??

well the long answer is not if you buy 12volt vehicle leds. If you just buy an led and plug it in then yes. If you buy ones meant for automotive use like www.superbrightleds.com or www.v-leds.com then no. I would suggest v-leds on the outside and superbrights on the inside.
