Remote Lock... Lights Don't Blink!

I recently noticed that when I lock my 2004 with the remote key fob, the lights no longer blink to signal a successful lock as they did before. The doors lock on the first push of the lock button, and on the second push the horn will sound, but the lock is no longer accompanied by the lights blinking.
Might this be a simple fuse problem, or something more complicated like a switch the dealer will need to replace?
