Reduced gas mileage

Reduced gas mileage
I had an engine flood back in November 2007, and ever since then my mileage has been reduced.
I normally do city driving and would get on average 360km per tank. In November I flooded the engine accidently backing the car out of the garage. I had it towed to the dealer and they did an oil change and replace a couple plugs. Ever since then my I only get around 260km per tank in the city.
I did have the 48K km service done (oil, diff oil, trans oil). I changed the air filter myself. I did notice though in the air box there was oil everywhere. Could that be the cause of the reduced mileage?
I also don't think its winter gas, as the pervious winter I would average around 340-350kms per tank.
Does anyone have any ideas what else to check before I head back to the dealer.
Thanks in advance,
B

what viscocity oil do you use?
when is the last time you checked the coils?
When I used 5w30 viscocity oil in the car, I noticed some drop in mpg but once I changed back to 5w20 oil, I noticed a slight increase so you might wanna check that.
Another factor are the coils. I would check your coils or replace them if your car has more than 30k miles..and also check your tire pressure.
I average about 230-240 miles on 13.5gal of gas on 50city and 50hwy, that's roughly about 18mpg.

Lets start a simple list for the guy.
Everyone help me out.
1. clean airbox
2. clean MAF
3. check plugs/wires/coils
4. use correct oil weight
5. make sure tire pressure is correct
