can anybody tell me is it ok to replace the standard rad cap for one of the ones made by Greddy or blitz ect , somebody mentoined you have to be carefull because of pressure difference!!!!!!.

Just get one with the same pressure rating...and make sure it's identified as being for the RX-8.

Any particular reason you want to change the cap?

no big reason really , just cosmetic because iv painted the plastics under bonnet. just a different one!!.
