Racing Beat no resonator?

I have an Rx8 with Racing Beat Rev8 exhaust system and its just not loud at all really. I have the stock resonator and was wondering if anybody has the rev8 with the resonator delete? I've heard the resonator delete with the stock exhaust on YouTube and it just sounds to ricey to me. Any opinions would be great thanks.

By this do you mean that you have the resonator that came with the racing beat exhaust, or the stock Mazda catalytic converter.

I'm running the Rev8 with a davesport cat and no resonator.
Sounds good to me... I posted a video here somewhere...

edit: got it

I took it to the exhaust shop and the guy told me it has the stock cat, stock resonator behind the cat and my racing beat rev8 exhaust. But it's a little deep right now but I don't want to remove it and it sound like a dirty Honda.

I know exactly what ricey sound your talking about, the trick is to dump everything I found... I found the racing beat catalytic converter replacement pipe and the REV8 cat back with the RB header got rid of the rice sound and more of a well tuned race car sound...

Well actually, that racing beat catalytic converter replacement pipe was pretty key, I don't know if headers were necessary
