Question on Short trips

Hi everyone I just picked up my 06 RX8 a few days ago and was just wondering if the car has already been warmed up to optimal temperature is it ok to make several quick short trips (less than a mile)? Or will this lead to flooding?

Not true. You can definitely flood an RX-8 by shutting it off before it is warm. (I've proven that! )

Well...my wife and i (specially my wife, lol) sometimes accidentally turn off the engine while its still cold or not in its normal operating temperature. It happened a few times before and it never flooded the engine...
