Is it possible???

So last night myself and of my buddies were cramped in my 8 and were on a stretch of highway with no one around.

A G35 came behind me and was riding my ***, then came beside me to bully me around. I was thinking "screw it" Ill give it a shot and we went from a 60 punch.

I walked him by about 1 to 1.5 cars and we did it again with the same result.

He followed us to where we were going and when I got out he said my car was pretty quick and asked what I had done because he didnt think 8s were that quick.

All I have done is a clutch line, clutch, and flywheel. He said he had a CAI and an intake plenum spacer. I did notice it was a 6spd as when I was chatting with him playing around with the shifter. His car was also a 05+ because I noticed he had the 05+ G35 wheels as well as the factory ground effects.

So how is this possible????

Maybe he was in a higher gear than you? Or maybe he misshifted. Or maybe he's just a bad driver.

Im thinking more of a bad driver, but then again from a roll at 60 shouldnt be too much involved.

Yeah I know, I usually wouldnt have done this but since we were the only cars on the road is why I made the decision.

Yep, bad driver or the intake make him loose mid range power, and the plate mod does nothing.

Don't feel bad, I probably would have done the same thing!
