Took a SS of it before its gone.
but if Im Mark, I would contact law enforcments about it. Might not worth the time/trouble cuz I have a feeling is that it was done by some 15 yr old kids who just search and found something on secunia and went around to test and found Mark's site and its unpatch.
couple years ago I was running an forum and this kid just came in try to start something (he failed, of course), and I track his IP, and call his house and spoke with his parent. Its just funny that u can hear his mom actually yell the **** out of him over the phone and he was like crying and stuff and promised wont do it again. lol

But that doesn't make a difference. It's all up to the Administrator of the server. In any case, I seriously doubt this particular "hack" had anything to do with the web server. He was probably running a forum or some other pre-packaged software that had a security hole in it and some script kiddie found it. Hopefully his web host has a backup.

It was probably one of his young-buck friends. You know how youngsters these days like to act up with their "pwning" and "l33+" and all that fancy electronic jibber-jabber

dude that sucks. i was going to order a bunch and give them out to random RX-8 owners as part of my randome acts of kindness and to get them to be aware of this site...
