Please Help!! clutch pedal & syncro

today i just changed clutch kit(stage3) and mission oil redline mt90 and diff oil redline 75-90 and brakepad.

after that shifting is more softer but it is still graining 1st gear to 2nd.

i heard that clutch pedal sould be hard to press when i change aftermarket clutch but it is too softer than before.
is this right situation?

i have a problem with clutch pedal which is little broken. first time padal just made some sound after 5month some thing was broken. now i can change the gear but it doesn't come out fully, just half.

i am thinking that Fluid Moters' sycrosaver & clutch pedal bracket or other reinforcement padal.
can i use my clutch padal with that Fluid moters' bracket or do i have to welding or other reinforcement padal?

what is the problem that graining 1st to 2nd?(this one since one year before)
sometimes 2nd gear just pull out from gear by him self at 14 MPH row RPM

Did you change your pressure plate too? If your plate is weak, it might have problems holding the clutch in gear.

I'm not clutch pro, but my limited experience tells me possible pressure plate issue.

Also if your pedal is broke and you don't have the cash right away https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-do-yourself-forum-73/diy-clutch-pedal-bracket-removal-fix-170387/
The problem with the gear popping might just be bad syncro's, or you need to bleed the lines, or you need to adjust the clutch pedal.
If you have low miles and your still under warrenty have mazda fix it.

After each clutch disc/PP swap, You need to re-adjust your clutch pedal's free play

idk why you need a stage 3. but a stainless steel line would be a very good investment.

thanks fokes
but i am wandering about graining 1st to 2nd
every thing is fine now
i will do the welding for pedal. do i need fluid motor's bracket? is nessesury?
and will sncro saver help to avoid graining?
and what should i do if 2nd gear will be graining after fixed pedal?
maybe 2nd gear snycro problem? i think it's expensive to fix

Your welcome.
I would still get the bracket from fluid seeing how the metal on the clutch pedal is way to thin.
I couldn't tell you about the syncro saver though, but I don't think that will help with the grinding in gears.
As for the grinding if it continues, you might have to get the syncro's replaced and depending on where you live it shouldn't cost too much. I think around here to get all them done with labor is around $500 usd, but that was just one place I checked.
Just double check everything to make sure it was all done right, and everything is adjusted the way it's supposed to be before getting some major work done.
What year do you have, and how many miles.

if youre bracket really "already 1/2 broken"

I suggest you take it off, take MASSIVE amount of pictures, save those pictures in a safe place, report your issue to NHTSA.gov . then re-weld your bracket.

I wonder with this being such a prominent issue even on stock cars why there hasn't been a recall? That sounds like a pretty dangerous situation.
