Does anyone know what the horse power rating is going to be? Or is it the same thing, just some parts are repositioned? I just wished that Mazda took the FD3S TT engine and threw it into the RX8. Not this non-turbo crap. Don't get me wrong I do love the car. Its just not as recognized as the newer RX7s. Unlike the 300ZX, where the new 350Z has surpassed it. The RX8 could not surpass its mentor.

Xcelent Mikeluvs8! Yu da man with those pics! I'm hoping that's a bored and stroked rotary 1.5/6L not just a 1.3L w/relocated dipstik.

If it makes you feel better, you are the ONE & ONLY person in the whole forum that has ACTUAL PHOTO PROOF POSTED that a revised rotary exists within an RX-8 engine bay right now! Find out as much as you can or take more pics and don't forget, you're a good guy for sharing & posting! Cheers!

What dose he recommend for keeping the car cool? This could be valuable information for all of us. Also what is his view on using synthetic in the engine? It sound like you have a tie into real information, hopefully you'll share a bit of it.
