Is it true that RX8s are having an overheating issue, and a bunch of engines are having to be replaced, and that Mazda may put a freeze on sales while they work this issue out?

I was told this by a Mazda salesman today.............

I was in service today and they didn't say anything about it. I heard on here somewhere that they were going to inspect undercarriages due to heat problems.
