When ordering an RX-8 through a Dealer,

1) How long would it take to arrive if I order now?

2) Is it possible to order the bose system as an option to the non-moonroof package?

 

1) Likely the end of the year. You may want to check with a local dealer to see if they have any dealer-allotted cars (as opposed to pre-orders) that are still available.

2) Not the premium Bose system....

 

yes, i suggest you go to a Mazda dealer to see if anyone backed out of their spot...if not, go to another...there are bound to be a few ppl that happened to back out of their spots (the only problem would be the color and tranny) and you can grab them for yourself...also, i wouldn't look too eager on getting one as they may try to rip you off over MSRP...keep fighting for MSRP no matter what, walk out if you have to

 

I was in the same boat as you. I wanted the Bose, but didn't want the moonroof . I figured the stock speaekrs can be upgraded but I can't remove the glass roof.
