I got confirmation Friday from my dealer that my car was ordered in the first round with an order date of 01/16/03. Is that consistent with you guys? I stopped by the dealer to get the new color brochure that you guys are talking about. It really was sort of disappointing. This forum is actually the best place to get info about the RX-8.

Well, I just thought I would ask if you guys have order dates earlier than this one? Since it was supposed to be a dealership car I am hoping that it will arrive in early July or sooner. Anyone know for sure how this works? I hear they are building GTs first?

 

Sounds like you have your facts straight. The idea they are only starting with the GT's has not been proven -- yet. As more vin #'s are released we should get that theory figured out.
