So, the guy that was driving the Charger had a seizure. This caused him to hit the gas and jerk the wheel. His car sped up, ramped the curb (barely missing the fire hydrant), crushed the front end of the Honda Accord, rolled the Honda Civic on its side, rammed the sideways Civic into my Mazda RX-8, and finally everything came to a stop because of the red suv.
We later found out that this wasn't the first time this guy had a seizure while driving, and he had state minimum insurance coverage! So, before you feel too bad for the guy, just think of how lucky he was that everything happened exactly how it did, and no one was severely injured!

Looks like the charger was out off control and comes across the grass and hit the parked honda, RX8 and SUV, pushing the honda up and into the RX8 and SUV and moving them over. Oops my post hit the same time as the answer above posted. My good guess.
