Is it ok to use fuel enhancer on rx8?

Is it ok to use fuel enhancer on rx8?
It saids to add an ounce everytime gas fill, it will clean some engine parts and intake valve of combustion chamber, and also improve gas mileage, but it doesn't say if it can be use on rotary engines, should I buy and use?
