Oil cooler covers

Does anyone no if or where something can be bought to cover the oil cooler openings on the front of the RX8. Some kind mesh material of something. Seems like something should be covering these openings.

thanks,
ers

Cool Screens......

In soft black plastic and 'NEW!' solid stainless steel!

The soft ones are easy to bend in from the front, the steel needs 'some assembly required'.

I just use the flexi plastic ones, the details are in the DIY section.....

I am proud of those grilles, they were my first 'mod', last July.

RB sells them for 19 bucks a piece and they require the front bumper to be removed(20 mins) to install them. Those are what I am going to go with.

This isn't a bad idea. My wife's 2000 Accord just had a rock (or something) put a hole in the radiator... which was a $400 repair bill.

I bought the ones from Racing Beat, then, I spray painted them with black paint and installed them. The bumper was easy to remove/install. The Oil cooler protectors from RB are made with strong, sturdy metal, and when I wash my car, I notice bugs and other road debris being caught in the mesh... best $40 I've spent!!!:D
