Oil change problem on lowered rx8 with mazdaspeed body kit

For those who have a lowered 8 with the mazdaspeed kit, did you guys have a hard time taking your car in for an oil change because of the low height of your car? I tried taking mine today to a local shop and he said theres no way he can do an oil change on my car. Did you guys have this problem? Thanks in advance

Buy ramps and do it yourself.

Do the oil changes yourself. Very simple to do. I do not know how low your car is but if you place small pieces of 2x4's right infront of all your tires and drive up on to them, it should give you enough room to get a jack under there.

Most store bought ramps will also be an issue, make your own low profile ramps.

They are heavy, thats why I put wheels on them. I have a 2 car garage with a high ceiling. But driving up on them is easy.

most oil place shops here have the underground bays so lowered cars shouldn't be a problem.

I take mine to a little Pennzoil Oil Change place by the house and I have the OEM front dropped on Teins and it hits so they have to back my car in the stall.

I can get a jack only under the rear of my car (even a super low pro version) so I jack up the rear first, put it on a jackstand, then I have enough room to jack up the side and put a stand under. Easiest way I've done it thus far

They don't take up too much space.
