in actuality, before tax and license, id be buying the car for around $15.8k.
Mine was with Tax title and license blah blah blah. Like I said though, mine didn't have near as many miles. But the packages yours as keeps it's value a little better than mine.

I'd say go for it. The only thing I could love more about my RX-8 is if it had all the creature features on it. Either way though I still drive around with a smile as big as bobs from enzyte.

Like I said, take that check, say deal or no deal.

Hate to jack the thread...but...known bugs for 04's anybody?

I'm too lazy to read through all the replies, so sorry if this is all repetitive... if I were you I would try to have them throw in an extended warranty and keep it at that price. That's what I did when I bought my used RX-8 and they wouldn't budge any lower with the pricing... *shrug*. It might do the trick?

I'm pretty sure that 2004s are the ones that usually have engine problems and flooding out of all the years. That's why the dealer that I bought my used 2004 from had to gut out the old one and replace it with a "2006" one because the previous owner had brought it in 2x about the same problem. *shrug* That's the only MAJOR "bug" I know of...

So far mine should be fine. I had to take it back for a recall, and they "checked" over everything and said it was fine. So hopefully they don't screw me over.
