I just had new tires and wheels put on my 8. On the way home, I noticed the low tire pressure monitoring system blinking. Will I have to take the 8 to a mazda dealership to have it reprogramed, because the dealership that did my tires and wheels was not mazda. thanks for any help.

 

Did you have tire pressure monitoring system transmitters installed in your new wheels, like you original wheels had? Did you have the transmitters moved from your old wheels to your new wheels?

If the wheels don't have the transmitters in them, then the TPMS doesn't work - and alerts you to that fact by blinking the light.
