Welcome to the Board. I thought there were a few parts out for the new models already...could be mistaken.

I know that there is some support out for the 09 but not alot and I want to say that the old CAI will work for the 09 but the exhaust for sure wont (it sits lower or something....cant remember)

Racing beat offers a CAI for the 09. Not sure about an exhaust?

Welcome to the club and congrats on the purchase!

Good luck with your transmission, enjoy the car, mod the car in a few years after the "mods" have been tested true.

other than the side markers, the only thing i really don't like is how the exhaust sits in there now. i like how the old bumper surrounds it. just looks cleaner, IMO.

nice car though. i got to see a black mica one at my dealership on monday, and I have to say, that is a nice color.

Enjoy!

But we can't accidentally melt the bottom half of it

You don't need any expensive aftermarket parts.

Take out your intake box baffles and do a K&N drop-in filter.
Use a steel dowel rod to ream out the stock cat.

There you go, your car is now race prepped.

its not that expensive if you're patient and purchase used

My resonated midpipe was 160 shipped, my K&N typhoon was 200 new, I made a ram air with a CF 350Z duct ($25 shipped) and dryer duct . And my TEIN Stechs were 100 shipped off ebay.

So for under $500 installed Im race prepped with a much meaner sounding car with an extra 10-15 horsepower.
