New owner

Hi guys,

I'm a new 2006 "Shinka" (that's what I've been told) owner. Wanted to say hi to everyone and ask a question.

I bought this car specifically because it was a Shinka. I bought it from a Mazda dalership which has originally sold it to the first owner as a Shinka and now to me as the 2nd owner. Every feature on it matches what a Shinka should be and also doing online VIN checks tells me it's a shinka too. The only problem is that I've looked up the production sequence list for 06 and my VIN number is not in there. Any ideas why???

If you did a vin lookup and it says she's a shinka, she's a shinka

Thanks for the welcome guys. I guess if Mazda dealership says it's a Shinka then I have to take their words for it. I love this car so far. It's going to be my 2nd car for weekends / autocrossing / trackdays

Cheers,

What color is it?
If it's Black Cherry or Copper Red it's a Shinka. Also, I assume the shock absorbers will be yellow Bilsteins similar to the R3, though I've never seen a Shinka in real life, so I'm not sure.

Normally says 'shinka' on the B-pillar. Seems to be one from the picture. The ad only has one picture so its hard to verify but from a distance it definately looks like one. And correct me if Im wrong but I believe that color is only available on the Shinka.... Seems legit.
