For longevity sake, possibly consider premixing, I started late, around 50K, but I did just put in a turbo so I probably need the extra protection. But even if the car is stock, I hear it is a wise preventative measure. Oil is the lifeblood of the car, so read up on it. Redlining this car is important to clear out some carbon, and increase OMP flow to the seals to lube them up (at least that's what I have gathered so far). And as someone with an 04 myself, definitely don't start and stop the engine in very cold weather, it'll flood. Let it warm up. Also, the stock tires are useless in snow, so be warned.
