New Member w/04 RX-8 and few TSB questions

Hi,
Well, I just picked up my 2004 RX-8 Titanium Grey Sport last night. I just love this car! Absolutley too cool. The person before me took really good care of the car and showed me every receipt he had since 2004. From the paperwork, it appears he didn't do any of the Recalls. Since its still under Warranty for another 6 months, can anyone tell me how I can find out what Recalls were performed on my newly aquired RX and which ones I still need to have done????

Thanks much!! ...Matt

You can find out by calling their 800 number(you will find it in the owners manual). They will even let you know when the recall notice was issued and when it was done( if at all it was done).

Yes, do not believe what the dealer says.............

Call MNAO they have to record all work performed on the vechicle concerning these.

Thanks to All! Looks like I have someone homework to do and call Mazda 800 to find out what was and wasn't done.

Nycgps,
The person that owned the car always took it in for Service and Repairs but wasn't sure about what Recalls he had done. I love this car and want to try and keep it in top shape. (I even Clay Bar'd it last night, what a difference).

Thanks again ....Matt

ps. I like your Mechanic vs Technician quote. Oh, how true.
