ok I will put my two cents in since I worked at a dealership before.. Alot of times we will go over the curbs to get cars on to the grass or off the grass and they do bottom out.. so that is possible that they did some damage to the car by doing something along that way... Alot of the dealerships will display thier cars on the grass for a better effect

.... you guys didnt think of ramps?

Ramps = time and time = money I suggested that to the managers and they said no, just drive the cars over the curb..

Really there isn't much you could do here. The best bet would be to go to the dealership you bought it from and look
for scraps and dents out of the cement from the curbs that the fellow in one of the previous posts stated. If you can
get a picture of that and basically get them to admit that they do also sometimes jump the curb to get cars on the grass,
then you may have something. But in the overall picture if you go there, and everything is legit and nothing is out of place,
the only thing I could imagine is that someone from there took it out on a test drive, jumped a curb on accident or on
purpose and didn't want to report it to their boss. Because after you drive it off the lot, you can't prove that it wasn't
you who did the damage. BTW a lot of dealerships when they know you can't prove anything, would fight it in small claims
because they wouldn't need to bring a lawyer. All they would have to say it that when you drove it off the lot it was in perfect
condition, the thing about you taking a lawsuit upon them is that "YOU" have to prove that it was "Their" fault without a doubt,
and from what i'm hearing you really can't. This is a very bad situation to be in, because if they don't admit fault, from my view,
i don't see what you could really do.

Thanks for all the info. Have been in touch with MAZDA and their rep said to customer support. Whom I had to keep calling back because every time they said they would call me back they didn't. That since there was no way to prove it happened at dealership to just have my insurance company fix it. Never thought of that, just purchased a brand new car that was damaged could you fix it for me? Thats pretty impressive from a company that you just spent 27500.00 cash for one of their cars. The dealership says bring car in and will take % of repair. You pay for a brand new car thats damaged then you pay the dealer to fix the damaged new car. Work by the hour every time I stop to make phone calls and such, just is costing me more money. Might just get rid of car and take the loss. MAZDA should be ashamed of themselves for letting a authorized MAZDA dealer get away with this .Is just another example of a corporation screwing someone that might not have the time or money to pursue this. Am trying everything I can think of. What would you do? Have pictures will post when I figure out how. Have just parked car even has hole in floorboard that carpet covers you can't see. Going to bed after another 12+ hour work day.

Unfortunately yes. Sucks donkey balls man. U never even think of inspecting the undercarriage, i know i didnt when i bought mine. But i was underneath it within the first week to change engine, tranny and diff oil (just dont trust prior records). Even if u would have caught it a day later u still would have been fucked. Raw deal
