Angry Need some opinions

I currently have a 2005 rx8 6mt. winning blue. has 25k miles. my lease will be up in july. trying to decide if i should buy my lease which the buy out is a little over 20k or get rid of it and get into a 2007 g35 sedan 6mt. im a salesman for infiniti so i know all about the car. its defenatly faster and as more room inside but i love my rx8. my two choices are keep the 8 or get the g35 and pick up a 2nd gen 7 to play with. theres always going to be a rotary in my driveway. thanks in advance for the input

That's something only you can answer for yourself. Follow your heart and your inner zoom.

But if you decide to keep the 8, do some heavy research on what the trade-in and retail values are. Lots of posts on that topic here. Then see if you can neotiate a better price on the buyout. Keep in mind that if you turn it in it's only worth wholesale to them.

if you plan on keeping the 8 for a while then by it out, but if you think you'll get sick of it in a year or two (or when the new g35 coupe comes out ) then trade her in.

Let the 8 go at the end of the lease, and then buy a new MY07. New warranty, fewer problems, and you stay with rotary power. It's rarely worth it to buy out the lease - you might as well just finance it from the start.
