Thanks so much for the help guys!! I am from Lethbridge Alberta Canada and the next closest dealer is in Calgary Alberta. And there a no details that I have left out from you guys, I have no reason to try and hide anything, Im trying to get the problem fixed. I will call the calgary dealers tomorrow and see if they can help me out. Should I tell them that my local dealer is dicking me around and trying to refuse me because of the crossed wires and has screwed me over before? and then say that I heard that I heard their dealership is very reputable and I was hoping they could help me out?

Hopefully someone from Calgary can recommend a good dealer. If not, browse the good guy/bad guy forum to see if there are comments on dealers within range.

Definitely call ahead and talk to them first if it's a two hour drive. At the very least you want an appointment so you're expected.

Hey guys I will be writing mazda Canda an email regarding what this dealership has been doing to me, in order to try and get some decent service and the problem resolved. Any advice when writing to them?

 

Just state the facts, don't include your feelings, and include names, dates and times. Tell them that you want the situation resolved, and what you want the solution to be.

Just that simple.
