Unless you can't avoid it, don't let the car sit and warm up. It takes longer to get warm and remains in enrichment mode longer which can dilute your oil with gasolene. By driving immediately (Gently, with low rpms and low throttle input) you will improve your gas mileage quite a bit. These drink gas when they sit warming up.
