Repeat this until you think they have incurred as much cost as the damage they caused your car. Use different towing companies each time.
I am so not like that.

I will simply pay for the damages and move on.

I did get a condo rules booklet but it was so huge that I never bothered to read it. I have no doubt there is are rules in there about car maintainence.

The only reason they knew I was working on my car is because the front end of my car was on jack stands and my floor jack was keeping me engine suspended.

Still... a courtesy notice would be nice.

I got one when I was working on mine; and the rules said they can't be up on jacks overnight.

so what is the plan with the turbo ? Once you can get to it again of course ....

I would find a house with a garage so you can work on your car - then give notice telling them why you are shifting ...

All the laws are probably different. Not the same types of protections are in place compared to US.

You are def taking the high ground and have the proper attitude. I tend to dwell on payback when it really doesnt solve anything... other than more hastles for me usually...

I own the condo and the parking spot.

Parking cost me $30,000 and I pay property taxes on the damn spot. lol

+1

get those effers back.

im rooting for no damage. and if the rules arent set in stone, i would sue the CRAP OUT OF THAT PLACE.

in fact, i would go around and smash the windows of every single car in that parking lot.

**** those guys.

i dont understand HOAs.. if you BOUGHT THE DAMN SPOT.. and you PAY TAXES on it.. its your property.

i would go to court. they cant come on to your property and tow your stuff without a subpoena from the courts.

Aren't there laws protecting property even if it's being towed?? I mean if I ever had a car towed and it was damaged I'd sue. I don't think they are allowed to just damage a car and not take responsibility

Don't wuss out. Did they have legal cause or not to tow your car? If they did, ok. If not, raise holy hell.

I found out that they used a flatbed to tow the car thank god!!!!!!!!!

I check it out and there was no damage. I am using another flatbed to bring it to a local mazda dealer to finish off the job.
