When did this happen?
I heard the power was less than estimated so I installed a new Knutsen valve to bump it up a bit.
I got it here...they have lots of other good stuff too.

Thanks for the tip!

not hoopla...this did happen...might do a search..there are tons of threads...search "buyback" but yes mazda made a 4% HP mistake...those of us that bought early received a letter from Mazda offering free service for life or an option for mazda to buyback the car...personally, I sold my car back to mazda...then turned around and bought another one with a few more options that I didn't have with the first car

And the Engine block bypass will save tons of money on synthetic oil.

The Motor Block Oil Bypass Kit is definitely the way to go. I should be able to remove both oil coolers and reduce weight. With the money I save on syn oil I'm buying a set of strakes.
That site is funny as hell. I just sumitted a new item for the performance section, have to wait and see if it gets published.

I bought my nordic green 8 the day after I got back from Iraq, I just traded in my type S and never looked back! I love my 8, I'm just regretting not getting the NAV when I had the chance. So far, I havent found anything close that sounds/performs quite like the 8. I was dead set on a 350z, but as soon as I got back from the test drive in the 350, the dealer I was working with suggested I try it against the new 8. Man, what an idiot. The 350 is so ridiculously loose in the turns, runs out of pedal wayyyy to quickly, and started to look like a squished up Altima.
So no more flaming!!! I do have an 8! F*&@ Acura!!!
