Mesh for Rad and Oil Coolers

Racing Beat is coming out with these screens, anyone going to use them? I know there are some people on this site who have modded their own which look pretty good too. RB's seem to be just covers where the mods I've seen here look to be part of the bumper instead.

The RB oil cooler screens sit behind the fog lights in the rubber boot which surrounds the oil cooler itself.

The Oil cooler screens have been available for some time... interesting that they finally decided to do one for the radiator area .

They are not "covers" per se, they require that the bumper be removed for installation. I'll assume that the radiator one will also require bumper removal.

To your knowledge does the bumber need to be removed for the RB ones? I know the custom ones people have they removed the bumber, I don't expect removing the bumber is a difficult task but just curious. I'd like to do something, I look at my Rad and Oil coolers and don't see anything wedged in there yet or any fins deformed but my luck will run out eventually. Should probably do something before the snow and salt comes down which I would suspect to be the worst for this type of damage, but I don't think RB's will be ready in time.

Woops, Thanks Wankler, you answered my questions before I finished the post!

Fox, Looks sweet! Those are the RB's?? What do they cost??

I have the RB oil cooler screens and spray painted them black to be less conspicuous. The Radiator and AC condenser really need to be covered too, I'm glad they came out with those.

No.

The bumper, however, does need to be removed.

Check out RX8fun in the vendor section. They are making a/c and o/c screens that come with complete mounting hardware and instructions. Aluminum mesh and powder coated I believe. Lot's of other cool toys for the 8 too.
