Hey I wonder if "Goof Off" would work?

Wow guys, thanks for all the helpful responses. So, that thing that it is stuck onto is the cat? I don't really know my car parts too well. I will definetely try some of the suggestions that ya'll have said. Just 15 minutes ago going through the McDonald's drive-thru, the lady was like "You smell somethin' burnin'?" I just looked, smiled and said, "no." She said, "You don't smell that? Like some plastic burning or something?" Ha, I did not want to get into all the details so I just played stupid. I laughed hard when I drove off though. Thanks for all of ya'lls help!

It might not be a good idea to use paint remover or Goof Off or anything else that is flammable on the cat.

I would probably warm up the car and scrape off as much as I could with a putty knife and let the rest burn off.

Look on the bright side - now you need to go for a 3-4 hour drive - on twisty roads. Really you need to burn that stuff off.
