Mazda RX8 Sunscreen - worth it?
Has anyone bought this sunscreen from Mazda. It costs $40 vs one for $8 at AutoZone. Is it really worth the $32? If it's specifically cut to fit my windshield then maybe, but I'm not paying $32 + shipping for a little RX8 printed on it.

im pretty sure, but not 100% that all the moon roofs are the same, and if thats true the wind deflector is worthless because if you notice you have a little bar that pops up when you open your moon roof. It has a built in wind deflector no sense in buying one. Although i tested and you loose about .5 to 1 mpg when its open on the highway :P. I actually use a car cover, and it keeps the car a lot cooler than the window prop. If its 98+ hot i just tilt the moon roof under the car cover. I use the coverking car cover, its about 300 dollars, but for 15 bucks they send you a cable and lock, so you can lock the car cover on. I know this doesnt stop a thief necessarily but it sure makes other peoples cars look more interesting. Ive always used covers and always will. Keeps the uv damage down here in texas. Protects your paint, and keeps the heat down inside the car. Ive found them to be wonderful and never buy a vehicle without buying a good quality cover for them. I have leather seats to protect though, and as you all know they get a little warmer than the cloth ones in the summer.

Have it, love it, fits perfectly. Visors have no problem holding it in place. (However I do find it makes steering a bit dicey, as it negatively impacts visibiity through the windshield, to the point where I'm considering not using it.)
