Mazda and it's Customers
First of all i just want to say hi to all!!!! great site isn't it ...anyways just want to say that Mazda has no customer service at least around my area......all the recalls and i never got one letter...think of it this way.....if it wouldn't be for this site i would not know nothing about new flashes ......this just got me worried ever since the new flash came out on the service bulletin........wow imagine this site didn't exist we would be driving well some of us on the oldest flash....with engines going and we would think it was a lemon car........so to say i am so freaked out about Mazda... never got no letters for nothing so basically they don't give a **** about the cars we drive......i didn't even get the 4206f recall...went in only cause i got it from here........so hmmm one way i get all this headache i hate going to the dealers and now the new flash more headache going to the idiots who don't know nothing .....leaving ur car...just heart braking....so think of it this way i love this site but people that are not on it have less headaches or do they lol...not knowing all the **** mazda comes up with for our cars and not letting customers know that is just b.s.

More like some Customer database screwup at Mazda's end.
Mazda knows my address, I know because Im the first owner of the car, I got the DVD and I got a bottle of touch up paint. Directly to me. but guess what I never got the recall letter.
I know about the recall b4 dealership does, they was like *hUh*. then 2 weeks later when the recall finally came out, they like *oh yeah Mazda has a recall, u were right* I was like "DUH"

All the recalls? I believe, in reality, there's been only two. (Which translates, in RX8Club.com, to about 11.)
Anyway, it's unfortunate you didn't receive notice of them but, in fairness to Mazda, I suspect your name/address somehow just fell through the cracks. I don't believe Mazda has a particular problem notifying their owners.
Oh and by the way… it should be "Mazda and Its Customers." Its… not it's.
