Angry Mazda damaged my wheels!!!HELP!!!

Alright so I dropped off my baby today at 0725 for 5 things

1. Bent dipstick (was ordered last tuesday)
2. N flash
3. Fogged up headlight lenses (was ordered last tuesday)
4. Squeaking brakes when slowing down
5. Rusted rotors

I got a call around 1500 from one of the service guy and said that it was kinda hard to lift my car since I have the ms side bla bla bla. I got there at 1630 and waited until 1700 til I saw my car. The tech guy came out and said that the headlight lenses will take another 3-4 hours to do and he couldnt do it today. ****'s I dropped off my car at 0730!!!! You f@cking hoe bags. Ok lets break this **** down they didnt replace the dipstick cuz they claim that its just the way it is ok that should take 1 minute to check. No new flash available on my car so I guess I have N flash? ok whatever fu. They drove the car and didnt hear any squeaking brakes ok I'll be modest lets say an hour. They painted the rotors dont know how long this takes but I should be happy right? WRONG they ******* jack up my rims aaaaaaaahhhhhhh f@cking a$$holes!!!!!!!!! I have pictures to prove it. And now I have to go back on wednesday to drop it off again and drive a lovely dodge neon woo hooo.... b$tch.... Didnt have the chance to talk to the manager cuz he left for the day. I'll be seeing his lovely *** on wednesday. What should I do? ask for some parts or something?

Oh by the way they printed me the warranty history and when my car flooded they told me they reflashed my car this is the PNMC N3H202200 do I have the N flash or M?

As far as the wheels its like this on ALL 4 wheels

Hey, what did you have to do to get the dealer to remove the rust on your rotors?
I didn't think the dealership would take care of this for free.

I never schedule service appointments on fridays. Definatley an impact wrench and they should be liable for the damage! Don't let them try to screw you just cause your a women! I hate that crap! My G/F had a similiar problem a few weeks ago until I went in and told them how things were going to be!

When you get to the dealership ask to see both the service manager AND the general manager. Let them know you are VERY displeased with the service and do it in front of other clients. They'll usualy offer you very good compensation to shut you up and to look good in front of the people that heard your complain.

And never accept a no for an answer from someone that doesn't also have the authority to say YES!!

My mazda dealer took a chunk out of mine doing the brake TSB. I checked the car when I got it real quick and didnt notice anything til I wash the car a week later. There was some left over slimy stuff on the chunk that they must have put on to help cover it. Anyway it was to late for me to say anything.

So I know where your coming from and GOOD JOB noticing it right away. :D

around the top of the lugs, you can see where the black has been worn off of the rim
where a impact wrench would have made contact.

All the weights are needed to balance the tires with the TPMS.

I can almost bet what the dealer will tell her about the rims. They'll say "with a little touch-up paint you'll never notice"
Besides aren't those suppose to be torqued instead of using a impact wrench?

You know what you are exactly right the service guy said we can do a touch up paint with that. I said no cuz its not plain black its actually dark charcoal metallic. They said we all have air gun here. I said you're suppose to do them manually remove the damn lugs. Im pissed I better get an ms front or something

Well before I dropped off the car I checked the car then I had the service guy look at the car and see if he finds something he said good to go. I said ok better be no dings or scratches. What should I demand in return?

Kill them dead. I'd complain and make sure I get enough compensation. Never go back to them, btw.

Yeah, stop trying to be like the neons who are trying to be like the numerous Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini and other exotic owners who wear black rims.

The wheels look great silly.

Hey slllygrl....I know your mad, however, take a deep breath when you go back in to the dealer and handle this diplomatically. I has a similar situation and this is what i did. I called Mazda North America, you can find this number in the back of your warranty book, and filed a complaint against the dealer. Write a letter to the Owner and CC: a copy to the GM of the dealership and then to your attorney. Let them know that your next stop is the BBB. In the letter explain what happened. Get an estimate of the damage and have the dealer make you a cash settlement for the damage. I'm sure with this kind of attention, that they will satisfy your complaint. Good Luck!

The point is he does it all the time and it's sardonic. He did it all the time to me. People complained that I didn't do enough faces to indicate my emotion. I'm complaining the reverse for people who use that face too much.
