I have been reading a lot about a "M-Flash". Can someone please tell me what a M-Flash is and what it does? Thanks.

The "flash" level is the current software program used by your car's computer. Mazda updates this programming periodically to enhance the various aspects of your car's performance, and designates the new program with a letter of the alphabet.

When you take your car in for the heat-related recall, your programming will be updated to the "R" flash.
