Mazda customer service sucks!!!!!! Their silly jingle "100% satisfied" must not have trickled down to the service depts. At least not to the two I've experienced(Oak tree mazda and Almaden Mazda).....Hey Mazda reps, I hope you're reading cuz i'll never buy your brand again.
