I was on my way home yesterday (6/27) around 8.pm and was heading west on Sahara. When I got the red light on Rainbow I was on the far left lane when out of the corner of my eye there was a silver 8 on the far right lane going west too. It was a young girl driving and she had just bought it. Then on the turning lane was a one of them new VW bugs in black, young kid driving new heading west in the center lane. The light turns green I catch up to the silver 8 in no time.
Then out of the 24/hr fitness on west Sahara a black 8 pulls out and gets in the middle lane right behind the VW, young guy driving that 8 too. We get the red light on Cimarron. All 3 8's lined up. I give a thumbs up to him and say: "I like the car!" He's looks at me, "I like the color" then looks at the girl in the silver 8, "I like the car".
We all start to laugh when the light turns green. I jump out and hit 60 in no time. Still heading west bound I can no longer see the 8’s in the back. But that VW is there and wants some. I move over to the third lane now at Sahara and Fort Apache I turn into the shopping center to get a Quiznos subs… Then as I’m leaving the shopping center and going east bound on Sahara I see a red RX-8. The driver, a 50+ year old woman!!!
Yea I don’t get it.
