L & M Flash & to use or not use synthetic oil

First........... Great site full of good info!

Q. 1
Does anyone know how to determine if the L & M flash updates were done prior to me purchasing the car from the dealer. I have had it since July and no problems just want to make sure I have the updates

Q. 2
Any reason we can't or shouldn't use synthetic oil.

Ah, the force is strong in this one....found the search button after one post:D . J/K. Seriously, just about every question someone new to the 8 can think of has been asked and answered. Although I do admit some are hard to find.

Congrats on your purchase and Welcome!!!

MADRX8, congrats on finding the Search button!

We don't need yet another thread about the M flash or about synthetic oil. Thread closed.
