L & M Flash & to use or not use synthetic oil

Q. 1
Does anyone know how to determine if the L & M flash updates were done prior to me purchasing the car from the dealer. I have had it since July and no problems just want to make sure I have the updates

Depends when the car was built . Mine was built last year and there is a sticker under the hood they place there after they do it . Since I have had mine for a week 
don't know about the oil yet
