Interior squeaks or rattles?

Any squeaks or rattles heard coming from interior trim bits/dash/door seals, etc. yet?

I know, the cars are very young but I also know that the really annoying ones in my last two vehicles were present during the pre-delivery test drive (though those were both German and Japanese cars are typically a bit better about such things...)

I now have 250 miles on my winning blue 8, GT, 6MT. I have pratically lived in it since Monday night. I have had no rattles or squeaks while driving, or at an idle, which is kind of strange because I don't think I have ever owned a car that didn't have something like that. This is a very tightly built car, all of the door gaskets close the thing up pretty tight. My wife has ridden in the back a couple of times (she didn't yell shotgun fast enough) and says that it is very comfortable and quiet. I'll keep looking and post if I find something.

I have spent about 1/3 of my time in this car in the backseat. I have yet to drive it. I can drive a stick, but I think I will give him 2 weeks and then it's mine!

Even with all the little hideaway places this car has, I have not heard a single rattle or squeak in either the front seat or back. I have been very intent on listening for squeaks and rattles, and trying to find anything that appears loose or not firmly affixed. Can't find any problems.

I have looked in every nook and cranny this car has, and I am very impressed with the small details one usually ignores. There is a pocket holder on the back of the front passenger's seat, but not on the back of the driver's seat. Between the back seats, you have a two-cup holder, and a small storage area. The cover between the two seats that allows access to the trunk is removable, so it is necessary to make sure the prongs are in place when closing it back up. It also has a lock on it. I am 5'4", and I don't have any problems with space. Since my driver is 6'2", he places his seat fully back, and I can still sit comfortably behind him without my knees touching his front seat, but there is no extra room. On the passenger side, I have sat behind people from 5'6" to 6'1", and again have not experienced any discomfort. I actually enjoy the back seat since I have a great view of everyone that passes and stares at this awesome machine (this is what someone yelled to us as we were passing them).

The current CD in the Bose system is Collective Soul, and the sound in the back seat is incredible. Problem is, the folks in the front always want to BS, so they keep turning the volume down, and I have to keep yelling at them to turn it back up.

There is no road noise. I can't hear the engine, and I don't hear any exhaust noise. My biggest shock is how quiet it is in this car. It is an extremely quiet ride, with no road noise. My biggest problem is that "the driver" is always turning down my music volume attempting to listen to the perfect hum of his rotary engine, and you just can't hear that sweet sound when sitting in the backseat.

I have yet to hear a squeak or rattle in the front or back of this car. The workmanship is topnotch! Take the time to look at all the small stuff and you will be even more pleased with your purchase.

You need to tell them to crank the fader to the rear instead of turning the volume down.

Now that is a shame. I guess I won't be spending much time in the back then
