1) Where do you think it goes?
2) Do you have the instructions?
3) Have you looked at the instructions for other turbo kits yet?
3) Have you read any of the other turbo threads, or the "Turbo Fixes" thread?

I could (and I'm sure someone will) tell you exactly how to hook that up.
But it is more important for you to know why - you know, that who "teach a man how to fish..." thing.

We need the theme song to jeopardy on here. This way we get to see if he's right or not and if he busts the bank on it or hits pay dirt.

Yeah, the Oil Measuring Gonad is essential to proper operation of your scroll.

Ray told me it was this mushroom thing that you take off, fit the adaptor in with the line and screw it back on (oil metering gauge?) so I did, and it fitted, so screwed everything in, wont worry about that again

the only problem with my install is the ingenious design of the 8.5k mazsport kit for their Oil return line, which is ungodly huge -_-

.......fine, I was hoping to get out of this one quitely

I finished installing everything, it started up, and idled......for about 10 seconds, and subsequently, there was a gigantic PHEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW and then PING!!!! a huge jump in rev and the engine stalled and died............ it blew the engine.........

I came to a conclusion that my apex seals broke, and that the turbo turbine fins went.........the wastegate was probably stuck closed because there was a clam INSIDE the wastegate.........IDK how it was in there, I installed it without knowing it was in there

so now I have to either pay mazda 3.5k for a new engine and pay labor for putting it in, which will cost a mazda 3

or pay Mazdatrix and get a rebuild......and possibly a porting job

thanks for reading this thread people...........it was a horrendous experience, and I failed............. thankyou Ray, MM and Scott for trying to help me......I failed you.........I am sorry, special thanks to Tommy (the original turbo owner) which was always helpful and helped me out along the way, and still is, even though it wasn't technically his fault my motor imploded

the funny part was I meant that as a joke when I finished my car, but now it's more or less a bitch slap at my own face

now listen, it wasn't my fault the engine blew (it should have been and I would sleep sounder at night) but it wasn't, if you know, an oil line leaked and wtf raped me I would have been fine with it

if a coolan line came loose and my engine overheated, I would have been fine with that too

if my vacuum line came off while I was driving, guess what, I'm fine with that also

but no, non of that happened...........the turbo simply spooled up uncontrollably and killed my engine..........wtf was that all about

so a fin "went off" your turbine wheel because of a clam in the wastegate - is that the official technical explanation ?

I think it was a combination of both,

because 1, a fin going off at idle is unheard of

2, a stuck wastegate wouldn't blow up your engine

would it

Taj, I really feel bad for you.
Show us the seal and turbine when you get a chance.
