god i would think it would be about a .5 hr install for a pro.. i have it down to under 10 min. with the right tool..
auto zone has a tool that will work, not great but will work.. if you have any mechanical skills at all you can do it. it will just take time the first time..
but if you added your location to your user cp maybe someone could help you.. have i not mentioned that before?
my best guess is it will cost an hour at the dealer..

Im defenatley mechanicaly inclined, ive just heard it was a pita, so i wasnt for sure if i wanted to mess with it. basically taking the seat out was what started making me think twice, thinking maybe theres alot more involed than i imagined. idk maybe i will do it myself.
what tool do i need exactly, and how much is it?

that is where the tool comes in. some do it with a hammer and screwdriver. i cant.. autozone has a kit for fuel pumps.. it is free. you just have to leave a deposit..
it is called a spanner.. look.. you will figure it out once you open the box. if you dont, stop. walk away..
after you get the ring off.. you have a quick disconnect for elec and one for fuel.. pull the pump up slow and look..
but really someone local should be able to help you..
btw, thanks. sorry you are in iowa.

Removing the seat is not hard at all. Just pull up where your thigh rest on it. Get a good grip with your 2 hands and pull up hard. Should pop right up and off.
I would get the tool like swoope said, IF your not good at taking your time and taping with the hammer and screw driver lol

Thats what i take it as. really if you think about it the back seat bottom cushion wouldnt need to be bolted down as long as it snaps in nice and hard. 1. you sit on it 2. if you role over its not just come off if its snapped in. so really i wouldnt see y not
