NC im having problems with vibration

Ok so when im sitting at a redlight my car vibrates like crazy. it doesn't do it in park or in neutral. it only happens in drive or reverse. I have a AT was wondering if anyone knows what could be causing my problems

Check your motor mounts.

so the motor mounts were fine. I even got my dad to look at them for me while it was it drive and i reved it up. do you think I could do something with the fuel system or a vaccum hose? it only happens when i put it in drive or reverse when the brakes are on. it runs great in park

try cleaning your MAF/IAT and eccentric shaft sensors (be sure to reset the NVRAM after cleaning the ess)

I haven't had it serviced since I bought it. it been about a year like 30.000 miles or something... haah
