as far as I know, anything thats bigger and sticks out than your rear body parts are considered as illegal.

because like the others have said, it might "hurt" some "IDIOTS" who walk pass you.

Wow this is news to me.

I recently found out that here in Fargo ND, technically, we can get caught for racing up to the speed limit, which to me seems pointless and dumb.

Ya, I found that out the hard way when I had a cop pull me over and hand me a racing ticket. only 100 bucks but 10 pts on my license. I took it to court last thursday and was able to beat the cops argument.

no offense to the OP but Xman wing is one of the worst wing u can get for Rx-8.

just my opinion tho.

oh yes illegal = something that sticks out too much to both side of the car. something that can knock pedestrian out as you pass by.

my favorite are the lip spoilers those look the best. as for being hit by a wing, i'd rather be hit by that exact same car instead.
