Wow this is news to me.

I recently found out that here in Fargo ND, technically, we can get caught for racing up to the speed limit, which to me seems pointless and dumb.

Ya, I found that out the hard way when I had a cop pull me over and hand me a racing ticket. only 100 bucks but 10 pts on my license. I took it to court last thursday and was able to beat the cops argument.

 

no offense to the OP but Xman wing is one of the worst wing u can get for Rx-8.

just my opinion tho.

oh yes illegal = something that sticks out too much to both side of the car. something that can knock pedestrian out as you pass by.
