I need help with the electronics

All the switches on my steering wheel for volume control, audio control, cruise control etc don't work. Can anyone please tell me what might be the problem? I checked on the interior fuse box on the driver's side left leg side and none of the fuses are blown. However, there was one fuse missing from the box. You can see it in the picture. On the back of the cover, it says (Audio 20A). My radio works fine i'm wondering what that is for. I also notice that in the fuse socket, the one of the connector is missing?

I would really appreciate if someone could help or point me to the right direction. Thank you

If I'm right, the 20amp fuse in position 9 is only if you have the Bose system..........which you must not have?
In terms of the overall issue, I'm looking to see but since your cruise doesn't work either, I'm thinking it's probably the connector where all the wires run down from the column. I'm looking at the diagrams to see, but if you can tell where all your wires come out from up there, trace them until you get to a connector and fiddle with it.
Did this just start happening or been this way?
Does everything work...and I mean everything...except for all the buttons? Turns signals, headlights, all that's okay?

yes everything else works, headlights, wipers, signals. I just found out that my horn doesn't work as well. I just got the car back from the body shop and realized these things were not working after I came home. The shop is too far away to go there and have them fix it.

When I lock the doors from my key, the horn sounds. It just doesn't work from the steering wheel.

Any idea?

Yep..........find that wire bundle and trace it. I'm still guessing that all that stuff comes through one connector. I looked at the wiring diagrams and it appears as if there are two connectors located near the base of the steering column. Get under there and check to see that the are both still connected.
