Haven't done it yet. Did get to 8k in 2nd though, and was already 15 mph over the speed limit. Maybe tomorrow!

Is there a speed governor on the car? Did you override it somehow?

If I recall, about 4 of us did that same thing (redline 6th) that day

No speed limiter...my car is 100% stock

I'm glad to see that our car can actually reach 184mph.................... even tho I would never go in that range! LOL

I doubt it'd get within 35-40hp of that on the open road...Engine just doesn't make enough power to overcome that kinda wind.

at least 30 times a week in 1st and 2nd gears i redline it i mean thats one of the good points of the car .
