So far every mod I have is needed in my eyes. Except the last 3.
Tint - 180 - keeps sun from baking my interior
Greddy exhaust - 400
Clear corners - 70
Tien lowering springs - 400 with installation - kills that ugly wheel gap in the front
Front mudguards - 40 - keeps rocks from chipping up the bottom
LED marker and parking bulbs - 30
Blue caliper paint - 16
blue lugs - 15

It is easy to spend $10k in mods. I am sure several on this board have spent at least $15k and some well over $20k.
