Horn cover does not fit in the steering wheel?

Horn cover does not fit in the steering wheel?
Any of you guys having this problem????
The horn cover does not fit correctly in the st. wheel. THe left side of it is kind of lifted up, and the right side is flat with the rest of the st. wheel.. Just wanted to know if it is supposed to be like that or if it is just a defect on my car, thanks....
