Called my dealer today to tell them my a/c is still crappy and that i would like it and the recalls taken care of. They told me that there is only one open recall for my car (fuel tank issue) and that the other recall (ball arm joints or whatever) was taken care of already

is this possible? The last time my car was there was july 19th for the a/c probs, did they have the parts to fix the control arm joint stuff back then?

 

no and they still dont since the actuall recall for the control arm hasnt gotten to them yet nor the parts. they are probably talking about a previosu recall for your car.

 

that's what i figured. Thanks zoom. Looks like i'll be taking my car there at least two more times in the following month then.. sigh. Been averaging two trips to the dealer per month since i bought the car in june
