So, sunday morning i woke up to find my car like this, in my driveway. Last time i drove it was friday night, n i assure u it didnt have a ding on it. My conclusion: some fkn ******* cracked the **** out of it. idont really know what to make of it but it got hit on that specific spot, nothing else got damaged around it. If someone crashed into it while i was out friday night the damage would've been alot worse. Good news is that insurance covers it and is now at the bodyshop, $500 ded. thou. By the way second time this happens to me in less than 6months. Last oct. it was a hit and run while it was parked in a lot, it was damaged badly on the passengers side.

ooh i had almost simliar accident but less paint chip and it came out to be $2000.

I park at school and i have a dent in my passenger fender as well as a keyed door and my Seibon CF hood was keyed too, funny thing is I have BMW M3's and Porsche Boxster S's at my school and im the one that gets fucked with. Sorry man, hope all turns out well...

Same thing happened to me last friday, while parked in the school carpark. Some ******* student/parent hit the rear of my car. Probably while trying to park next to me and drove off.

Oh and my car is silver too lol.

 

+1...I had my 8 keyed while I was at school and parked in the absolute furthest spot away with no other cars around, then I come out of class and find key marks on my suicide door and rear quarter panel...f00king a$$holes

holy crap dude...looks like it had a ton of body filler in that rear quarter already...that's why it flaked off so bad
you can see on the 3rd pic where previous work has been done on the sheet metal...looks like a crappy job IMO...

get a good shop to fix that right; not some insurance assigned crappy hole-in-the-wall body shop

 

Similar thing happened to me about a year ago (cost me $800). The previous day I had spent 3 hours washing and waxing the car. The next day I went over a friend of mine to hung out. While I was at his appartment watching tv I felt like getting out to check the car. When I got out from the appartment and looked at the parking lot I saw a lady checking my car. She backed up and hit me at the exact same spot with yours. Since then I have never been again to my friend's house. He always comes to mine Nothing else has happened since then but I am extremely careful in terms of where I am parking the car. Sometimes I even get license plates of the cars besides me.

 

It sucks, I feel for all of you since I too have scraped up at the school parking lot, someone also put a dent on my fender, and another dent on my passenger door. WTF!

Sorry to hear/see this. I had two incidents on two cars this past year to the tune of a gand out of pocket, not to mention my time to remove and replace parts and get them painted. One was probably purely accidental but they took off anyway. The second was malicious.
